The new 26,000 square-foot, multi-recreational facility, located at 20 West Ramapo Road, features a lap pool, group exercise and cycling studio, saunas in both the men's and women's locker rooms, kid's fitness program, baby-sitting and an extensive array of the latest cardiovascular and strength training equipment, including TRX suspension training.
