The new company, Tempus Global Trip Support, LLC, will be based in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, and will continue to provide premier international flight planning services for individuals, corporations and governments.
The acquisition allows Tempus Jets to expand their aviation service capabilities, which include charter brokerage and aircraft sales and management, while allowing Global Trip Support access to Tempus Jets' worldwide offices and resources, including the largest operated fleet of Bombardier Global Express aircraft in the world.
Rick Wolfer, founder and president of Global Trip Support, will continue in his role of president at the newly formed Tempus Global Trip Support. Wolfer, a 32-year veteran of the aviation industry, previously held successful positions at Vulcan Flight Management and other international flight support communities before founding Global Trip Support in 2005.
