Dr. Ilene Gochman Joins Korn/Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting as a Senior Partner and Global Lead for Integrated Talent Management

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, announces Dr. Ilene Gochman has joined the firm as a Senior Partner with Korn/Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting and global leader for the firm's Integrated Talent Management solution offering.

Dr. Gochman has more than 20 years of experience developing human capital strategies to enhance employee attraction, retention, and engagement with clients across the globe. A well known expert in leveraging data and analytics to promote performance driven change, she has extensive experience in designing succession planning, performance management, 360Ëš feedback, and competency development programs to improve the effectiveness of Board and senior executive teams and individuals.

Dr. Gochman joins Korn/Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting from Towers Watson, where she was a member of the firm's Global Talent Management leadership team. Prior to the Towers Watson merger, she was Global Practice Director of Organization Effectiveness and led global research efforts on how human capital practices and employee engagement impact financial performance. Before joining Watson Wyatt, Dr. Gochman was a Partner and Practice Leader at Towers Perrin. Earlier in her career, she served as Director of Organization Planning, Development, and Quality at International Paper and as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Rutgers University.

She is also a national leader with the Human Resources Planning Society. During her career, Dr. Gochman has helped clients improve their business effectiveness in a variety of industries including manufacturing, healthcare, insurance and financial services, retail, advertising, professional services, transportation, and logistics.

Dr. Gochman completed her undergraduate studies at Carnegie Mellon University and received a Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Washington. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial and Organization Psychology, and the Human Resources Planning Society.
