Major Automotive Aftermarket Companies Join Fundraising Forces Again
For the second consecutive year, CustomerLink is working with Auto Value/Bumper to Bumper certified service centers to raise money for cancer research. They have created a program from which proceeds will be given to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation® whose mission is to develop prevention methods and find a cure for breast cancer. The program will run from October 1 through December 31, 2011.
Auto Value/Bumper to Bumper parts stores and certified service centers will seek donations from customers visiting their retail locations. They will provide information about breast health awareness and gather donations in countertop displays. They will also send breast cancer-themed service reminder postcards to their customers with a portion of the card cost going to raise funds.
CustomerLink designed the postcards and is providing this marketing service for Auto Value/Bumper to Bumper locations. CustomerLink will also donate $0.05 to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation® for each postcard sent. Additionally, CustomerLink lowered the postcard cost to encourage Auto Value/Bumper to Bumper certified service centers to participate.
