About Dr. Sanjay Prasad
Sanjay Prasad, MD, FACS, has been practicing as a board certified Neurotologist and head and neck surgeon since 1992. He has performed more than 4,000 surgeries on ears alone and has dedicated his life to conditions involving the ear, brain, and facial nerve. Dr. Prasad is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Maryland, where he also received his medical degree, in 1985. After completing his residency in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery, at Georgetown University Hospital, Dr. Prasad completed his advanced fellowship training in otology and neurotology at the University of Pittsburgh.
