KF Group, where Coops grocery retail trade constitutes its core business, has entered into an outsourcing agreement with Aditro, a leading Nordic provider of solutions for human resources, payroll and financial management.
Under the agreement, payroll operation of 20.000 KF Group employees is outsourced to Aditro. Agreement also includes implementation of Aditros HR solution, which provides self-service for managers and employees, as well as tools for HR processes such as recruitment, training and succession planning. This solution is delivered as a cloud service.
"This agreement is a logical step in KFs overall plans to improve our HR processes", states Marie Wiksborg, HR Officer for KF Group. "A reliable payroll operation is crucial for us, but it is not our core business. By outsourcing it to Aditro, we can rely on their proven capabilities and competencies in providing payroll services. For us it's of great importance that Aditro has such experience in this area and can develop our payroll and HR process even further", Wiksborg concludes.
"We are very pleased that KF Group has chosen us as their supplier of Payroll and HR services. This is yet another strong evidence that our services are very competitive in the continuously growing business process outsourcing market", says Mats Winkler, CEO of Aditro. "With HR services and solutions being our core business Aditro can through this partnership actively contribute to cost efficiency and the development of HR processes at KF", Mr. Winkler continues.
The demand for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services is growing and current economic uncertainty has even accelerated this trend. A growing number of companies have discovered the business benefits of BPO, such as the change from fixed to variable costs, increased cost efficiency and flexibility. By utilizing BPO, companies can have an increased focus on their core business.
Part of the agreement also includes transfer of KFs payroll personnel to Aditro. The contract value is approximately SEK 100 million.
