MIAMI, Nov. 4, 2011 /PRNewswire/ --The Centro Mater Foundation presents Red Hot at So Cool, an ultra cool event that starts at 7:30 p.m., on Saturday, November 19, 2011, at So Cool eVenue, home of the largest ice bar in the world, located at 2585 NW 21 Terrace, in Miami. Brenda M. Moreira co-chairs the event.
Red Hot at So Cool is Centro Mater Foundation's largest fundraiser of the year. The event is expected to bring together more than 500 very cool friends and supporters of Centro Mater, to raise money for the organization's Scholarship Fund. Guests will enjoy fabulous music, dancing, open bar, and great food, in Miami's hottest club ambiance.
At this fun event, Centro Mater will recognize the Botifoll-Powell family, The Ferre Family, Brenda and Domingo R. Moreira, and the Souto family, for their multigenerational tradition of love and support for the organization. Mike Fernandez will be recognized for initiating that tradition of love and support in his family.
Centro Mater Foundation's mission is to support the programs of Centro Mater Childcare Services, a nonprofit organization providing care, education, nourishment, health services, and after school programs, to children from 6 weeks to 12 years of age.
