# Please specify details	There was a series of transactions in units by subsidiaries of DBS Group Holdings Limited ("DBS"). In addition, DBS completed the disposal of 100% of DBS Asset Management Limited which had held units. DBS is an associated company of Temasek. Accordingly, Temasek has a deemed interest in the units held by DBS subsidiaries. New units were issued to CapitaMall Trust Management Limited as the manager of CapitaMall Trust as payment of management fees for the period 1 July to 30 September 2011 and acquisition fees. CapitaMall Trust Management Limited is a subsidiary of CapitaLand Limited which is an associated company of Temasek. Accordingly, Temasek has a deemed interest in the units held by CapitaLand Limited subsidiaries. On 10 November 2011, 139,665,000 new units were also issued pursuant to a private placement to institutional and other investors. Therefore, as at 10 November 2011, Temasek's interest in CapitaMall Trust had decreased to 951,330,102 units (28.58%) comprising:- (i) 949,933,126 units (28.54%) held by CapitaLand Limited and/or its subsidiaries; (ii) 586,426 units (0.02%) held by DBS subsidiaries; and (iii) 810,550 Units (0.02%) held by Keppel Corporation Limited, an associated company of Temasek. Temasek became aware of the change in percentage level of its deemed interest in units on 10 November 2011.
