SAN JOSE, Calif., Dec. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS® (SCCAOR) has announced a $125 dues decrease for 2012 and an increase in member benefits. The decrease answers concerns expressed by some SCCAOR members about rising costs elsewhere in the real estate industry.
"We are proud that our association operates efficiently and we can use the savings from operation costs to help our members' profitability," Sibilia said. "It is a thank-you to our members who are working hard to help rebuild the real estate industry in a tough economy. It again demonstrates our commitment to SCCAOR members' success, helping them cut costs and providing them with more tools and resources."
Aside from the dues decrease, SCCAOR offers members a dues payment plan that may better fit their budget. Members may pay their dues in three installments throughout the year.
New member services will include a wider array of educational programs, a monthly technology seminar, and a series of free member events.
"Members choose us as their local estate association because we offer excellent educational classes, opportunities to network, and a wide range of innovative member services. We will continue to enhance our programs and add new ones to better serve the needs of our members," Sibilia said.
