BOSTON, Dec. 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ --STAG Industrial, Inc. (the "Company") (NYSE: STAG), a company focused on the acquisition, ownership and management of single-tenant industrial properties throughout the United States, announced that today its Board of Directors declared a December 16, 2011 record date for the payment of the fourth quarter dividend for its 9.0% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (NYSE: STAG Pr A). The Company also confirmed that the dividend is $0.5625 per share of the preferred stock, which equates to $2.25 per share on an annualized basis. The fourth quarter dividend will be pro-rated to $0.36875 per share for the portion of the fourth quarter that the preferred stock has been in existence. The dividend will be payable on December 30, 2011.
