This prestigious annual survey published by RIS News ranks the top 20 out of 99 retail technology software vendors in areas such as customer satisfaction, revenue, retail concentration, technology innovation, and product reliability. Final rankings are determined by vendor forms and retailer surveys. Surveys are managed by a third-party research firm to insure quality of results.
The RIS Software LeaderBoard is published every December and distributed at the National Retail Federation (NRF) Retail's Big Show held each January in New York, NY.
