CT Opportunity Partners I, LP is a private commercial real estate debt opportunity fund managed by CT Investment Management Co., LLC, Capital Trust's wholly-owned investment management subsidiary. CT Opportunity Partners I, LP has total equity commitments of $540 million from 24 institutional and individual investors. The fund has made $468 million of investments and has undrawn equity capital commitments of $260 million.
