Description	Wilmar International Limited (the "Company" or "Wilmar") wishes to announce that it has on 23 December 2011 issued and allotted 77,000 ordinary shares at S$2.45 per share in the capital of the Company, pursuant to the exercise of options granted under the Wilmar Executives' Share Option Scheme 2000. These new shares have been listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 28 December 2011. The new shares issued rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued shares of the Company. Pursuant to the above issue and allotment of new shares, the number of issued and paid-up shares in the capital of the Company has increased to 6,401,428,092 ordinary shares.
