CINCINNATI, Jan. 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --CarePoint Partners (CarePoint), a leading alternate-site infusion therapy and specialty pharmacy provider, announced that it has acquired the Home Infusion and Enteral Division of Pediatric Health Choice (Pediatric Health). Pediatric Health serves pediatric patients in the Tampa, Gainesville and Orlando areas of Florida, and becomes the 15th acquisition of CarePoint in just four years. Currently, CarePoint is one of the largest independent infusion therapy providers in the United States, serving over 5,800 patients per day at 26 sites across nine states.
