With over 15 years in the financial services industry, Ms. Higgins has transitioned back to the operations environment after obtaining her Series 7 and Series 66 FINRA licenses in 2010. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Detroit College of Business and an MBA in Strategic Management from Davenport University.
