The new www.aimco.com represents another phase of the company's re-branding initiative that was introduced in July 2011.

With the assistance of Elevated Third, a comprehensive web marketing services agency in Denver, the Aimco team built the new site from the ground-up, incorporating enhanced navigation tools and new imagery. In addition to an updated apartment search function, the site features a careers section for job seekers; a dedicated portal for current residents through which they can submit maintenance requests, pay monthly bills and learn about upcoming activities; a corporate citizenship section highlighting Aimco's community partnerships, philanthropic activities and energy conservation program; and a press room highlighting Aimco news and upcoming events as a resource for the media.
