Plum District grew increasingly concerned with Digital Doorstep's severe difficulties in processing and fulfilling customer orders for the Starbucks/Fandango and Target/Restaurant.com gift cards, and filed a lawsuit for breach of contract earlier this week. In light of Digital Doorstep's announcement of their Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing this morning, the company chose to refund all remaining unfulfilled purchases to ensure that all customers will be made whole.
