OREGON® look back at the results of their"brave"campaign to have 1,000+ users put the Powersharp® chainsaw-chain sharpening system to the test. With each user allowed to post testimonials and video live and unfiltered onto the Powersharp website, Oregon had placed real faith in its latest innovation.
The 2011 challenge- to recruit 1000 chainsaw users (professionals or otherwise), to test the Powersharp® system on their own saws free of charge and collect as many testimonials as possible.
The results - Over 1,600 testers and some amazing, but true, results.
84% of testers did not want to return to "manual sharpening"
97% of them claimed that it lived up to its promises.
98% found the system to be easy and simple to use.
