| Footnotes | (a) Mr Toh Tian Sze acquired 28,000 shares in the open market . Due to the unavailability of records, Mr Toh Tian Sze is not able to ascertain the date on which he acquired these shares, but available records reflect that he has been holding these shares at the latest since sometime in November 2007. (b) The percentage of issued share capital before the change (direct interest) under Part IV Section 1 is computed based on a total of 115,668,117 issued shares in the Company. (c) Lian Bee became a substantial shareholder of the Company on 7 May 2007 upon the open market purchase of 340,000 shares in the Company, which raised its percentage of issued share capital from approximately 4.66% to more than 5.00%. Mr Toh Tian Sze was, at the relevant time, deemed to have an interest in the shares of the Company held by Lian Bee by virtue of section 7 of the Companies Act, and therefore became a substantial shareholder of the Company on 7 May 2007. (d) The percentage of issued share capital both before and after the change (deemed interest) under Part II Section 4 and the percentage of issued share capital before the change (deemed interest) under Part IV Section 1 are computed based on a total of 98,668,117 issued shares in the Company as at 7 May 2007. (e) From 7 May 2007 to the date hereof, the shares in the Company held by Lian Bee increased from 4,937,000 shares on 7 May 2007 to 15,422,000 shares on 25 May 2010 through a series of transactions. Lian Bee has made the necessary notifications of such changes up to 14 May 2010 when the number of shares held by Lian Bee increased from 14,882,000 (approximately 11.89%) to 15,077,000 shares (approximately 12.05%). Subsequent open market purchases of shares by Lian Bee leading to it holding 15,422,000 shares as at 25 May 2010 were not required to be notified and have therefore not been notified. There has been no change to the number of shares held by Lian Bee since 25 May 2010. (f) The percentage of issued share capital after the change (direct and deemed interest) under Part IV Section 1 is computed based on a total of 125,168,117 issued shares in the Company as at the date hereof.
