CHICAGO, April 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- BMO Harris Bank announced today with the Chicago Bulls that William H. Brown Elementary has been selected as their 2011-2012 Adopt-A-School partner. BMO Harris Bank also announced they will donate $2 for every point the Bulls score during the 2012 playoffs to William H. Brown Elementary through their "Baskets for Brown" initiative.
In addition, BMO Harris Bank revealed today during the school's pep rally that they will donate funds to have the school's cafeteria refurbished. The current cafeteria is used by students for study halls and after-school activities, and will be updated with computer stations, loading docks for iPads, and educational games.
The annual BMO Harris Bank and Chicago Bulls Adopt-A-School program actively supports one local school each year in efforts to encourage students to excel in their studies and maintain superior attendance records. William H. Brown Elementary will receive special benefits such as tickets to Bulls games, appearances by Bulls personalities and tours of the United Center.
