The initiative's goal is to donate a total of 200 treated mosquito nets - a $2,000 value - to the United Nations Foundation's Nothing But Nets campaign. For every 60 Facebook fans Mosquito Magnet® gains, the company will donate one treated mosquito net. Participants can track the progress on the Facebook page and are encouraged to share the initiative with friends. With a renewed focus on malaria control in Africa, the initiative offers a way for Mosquito Magnet® to support a campaign striving to protect people from mosquitoes - an insect that causes more human deaths per year than any other.
