Hiring strengthens the firm's commitment to the US technology market
Hildebrando USA, a leading provider of technology services with onshore and nearshore resources, has recently hired five new executives and appointed one executive. The firm has also hired other leads in key positions within the organization. The hiring and appointments show the commitment of the company to the US market.
Roger Samoff joins Hildebrando USA as VP of Business Development for Global Integrators. Samoff was Managing Director, Account Management and Alliances with the MMC group. He was previously Director of Global Alliance Sales and Business Development with Cap Gemini.
Albert Sansores joins the firm as VP of Business Development for National Integrators and ISVs. Sansores was President of Intellek Advisory Services, Inc., Managing Principal with Xerox Corporation, and Partner with Andersen Consulting, LLP (now Accenture).
Joseph Cordero joins as VP of Business Development for Microsoft. He was a Managing C-level Executive of software engineering services for various Microsoft outsourcing partners and Director of Test – Microsoft Strategic Accounts with Lionbridge Technologies. He also worked for Microsoft in various positions for 10 years.
Shirley Cochrane comes to Hildebrando USA as VP of Talent Management. Cochrane was Director of Operations with the U.S. Department of Commerce, Managing Partner with SDC Enterprise and President of HQ Networks System, Inc.
Silvia Tapia is joining the firm as VP of Operations. Tapia was Director of Technical Services with Gruma Corporation – Mission Foods, PMO and Engineering Controller with Dannon Co., and Operations Senior Group Manager of New Products Convenience Foods with Frito-Lay, Inc.
Also joining the firm are Al Saavedra and Shannon Jackson as Regional Sales Executives. Saavedra was VP of Sales for Quiterian Software and President of Ancora Technologies. Jackson was a Business Development manager with Sound Surgical Technologies and with Optimal Solutions.
Yami Hagg comes to Hildebrando USA as Director of Technical Sales. She was IT Manager for LATAM Northern Region of Gillette – Proctor and Gamble, and Global Risk Manager with PWC – México. She was also an International ISD Audit Manager for Wal-Mart Stores.
Eva Ortega and Karla Garcia are joining Hildebrando USA as Technical Sales Executives. Ortega has 19 years' experience in different key areas of Information Technology. She has previously worked for Softtek and GE Demesis. Garcia was a Solutions Consultant for the US, Europe and Asian markets and Senior Outsourcing Consultant for global companies. She has previously worked for Softtek, Infosys and Neoris.
Hector Ortiz, a Hildebrando senior executive was appointed VP of Business Development, Alliances and Partners of Hildebrando USA. He was founder and CEO of Cross Horizons, which was acquired by Hildebrando in 2008. Ortiz currently serves as the President of the Nuevo Leon Mexican state IT Council. Ortiz will manage the relationship with Telmex USA along with a number of other partners and alliances.
Abraham Ramirez, a Hildebrando executive was appointed Director of Business Development, Alliances and Partners of Hildebrando USA. Ramirez has over 17 years working on different IT projects with customers in Mexico, USA, Spain, Dominican Republic, Brazil and other Latin-American countries.
