TOMS RIVER, N.J., April 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --Shore Community Bank (OTCBB: SHRC) announced today that the Board of Directors appointed Jerry Boisseau, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Howard Butensky, Vice Chairman.
