IRVINE, Calif., May 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --PwC US announced today that Ken Salgado has joined the firm as a partner in the Assurance practice. Salgado joins PwC from Moss Adams, LLP, where he led its Technology and Life Sciences practice group. Based in Orange County, he will leverage his 23 years of audit experience to serve clients in Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange County, Phoenix and Las Vegas.

Ken brings extensive technology experience to the role, having served internet, digital media, software, clean-tech and medical device companies during his career. His audit experience includes companies in all stages of growth, from startups to established multinational companies. His experience also includes mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and additional securities filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the development and evaluation of accounting and financial reporting systems.
Ken is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also on the Board of OCTANe and Tech America. He is dedicated to enriching the community and currently serves on the board of Think Together, a non profit organization that provides academically oriented after school programs in Southern California. Ken received a Bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California.
