The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Frontiers in Development forum begins tomorrow at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
The three day event will convene world leaders, government officials, corporate executives and international development experts to address the important issues facing the future of foreign assistance and international development.
Tomorrow's speakers include: Senator Benjamin Cardin (D - MD); Thomas R. Nides, Deputy Secretary of State Management and Resources; Barbara Bush, President of Global Health Corps; Jim Kolbe,former Arizona Congressman; Mandy Moore, actress and philanthropist; Christy Turlington Burns, Founder of Every Mother Counts; Kay Warren, Co-founder of Saddleback Church; and Dr. Rajiv Shah, USAID Administrator. The day will also feature a presentation of Young Innovators.
