AKRON, Ohio, July 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Customers of Mon Power, Potomac Edison, West Penn Power and Ohio Edison who remain without power following Friday's severe storms can receive one bag of ice and two gallons of water at no charge from participating stores as storm-restoration efforts continue.
