CHARLOTTE, N.C., July 30, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --Dynacast International Inc. today announced the completion of the offer by its subsidiaries, Dynacast International LLC and Dynacast Finance Inc. (the "Issuers"), to exchange all of their outstanding 9.25% Senior Secured Second Lien Notes due 2019 (the "Outstanding Notes") for a like principal amount of their 9.25% Senior Secured Second Lien Notes due 2019 that have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
100% of the $350 million in aggregate principal amount of the Outstanding Notes had been tendered and received prior to expiration of the exchange offer at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on July 27, 2012. The Issuers have accepted for exchange all Outstanding Notes validly tendered and not withdrawn prior to the expiration of the exchange offer.
