(the "Company") in a block trade from two funds for which GC Advisors LLC serves as adviser, Golub Capital Company V LLC and Golub Capital Company VI LLC. All of the shares sold by Golub Capital Company V LLC and Golub Capital Company VI LLC were purchased by the other investment vehicles for which GC Advisors LLC serves as a subadviser. None of the shares purchased or sold were owned directly by David B. Golub and Lawrence E. Golub or any other employee of Golub Capital. The sale of shares was reported on Form 4s filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 10, 2012.
