(the "Company"), (OTC Pink: PURA) a Dallas-based water-purification products company, announced today that the holders of a majority of the voting shares of the Company, pursuant to the provisions of the Nevada Revised Statutes and the Bylaws of the Company, has consented to and adopted Resolutions in lieu of the annual meeting of the shareholders to amend the bylaws to reduce the number of directors from five (5) to three (3), and to re-elect as directors of the Company the following persons:
Don Harris
Brian Harris
Marc Firestone
In addition, a majority of the directors of the Company, pursuant to the provisions of the Nevada Revised Statutes and the Bylaws of the Company, has consented to and adopted Resolutions in lieu of the annual meeting of the Directors to elect Don Harris as the Chairman of the Board, and to elect the following officers:
