Bolstad, an experienced real estate litigator. With a practice spanning more that 21 years, Bolstad's expertise includes the litigation of disputes arising out of purchase and sale contracts, secured loan transactions, partnership and joint venture agreements, commercial leases, construction defects on private and public works projects, judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, receiverships, mechanic's lien claims, and easements and rights of way. Bolstad was previously a partner with Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP.

Bolstad also has significant experience in ADA litigation, consumer class action defense, labor and employment litigation and insurance coverage claims.
Bolstad earned his Juris Doctor Order of the Coif from Loyola Law School, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Robert M. Takasugi of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He received a Master in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University and a bachelor's degree in finance from California State University, Long Beach.
