Jones Lang LaSalle Prices Offering of $275 Million Aggregate Principal Amount of 4.400% Senior Notes due 2022

CHICAGO, Nov. 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (NYSE: JLL) today announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of $275million aggregate principal amount of 4.400% Senior Notes due 2022. Jones Lang LaSalle expects the offering to close on or about November9, 2012, subject to customary closing conditions. Jones Lang LaSalle intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, but initially to reduce the outstanding borrowings under its revolving credit facility.

The book-running managers for the offering include Barclays Capital Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC. Barclays Capital Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are acting as representatives of the underwriters.

The offering is being made pursuant to Jones Lang LaSalle's effective shelf registration statement that was previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") and only by means of a prospectus supplement and accompanying prospectus, copies of which may be obtained on the SEC's website at www.sec.gov or by contacting Barclays Capital Inc. at 1-888-603-5847, extension 2663, or J.P.
