"Battle of the Nutcrackers," which features six different versions of the beloved Nutcracker ballet, recently featured (12/2) the famed Bolshoi Ballet performance, which out-performed the Q4 '12 to-date time period average (Sunday 5:30 pm to 8 p.m.) by 369% in the Adult 25-54 impressions category and by 48% in HH ratings.[1] "Battle of the Nutcrackers," which is in its 6th year on the network, continues through Christmas Day.
Overall, 2012 is wrapping up impressive gains for the network. In Total Day, HH Audience, Ovation is ranked #4 in growth (#2 excluding sports networks) among 102 cable networks.
