Paul Bertino will run this location with his wife Paula who will be the general manager. Paul is originally from New York and Paula is from Iowa. They have raised a family in Mankato for the past 15 years.
Prior to owning a Dickey's, Paul held a positions in sales, marketing and product management with Johnson & Johnson, Avery Dennison and Hickory Tech. Paula had a career as a programmer/software developer with Parker Hannifin, Brown Printing and Superior Edge.

This past July, Famous Dave's closed down in Mankato, leaving the community without a barbecue joint. But no worries, Dickey's is now located at 501 Holly Lane, Suite 150 and the store phone number is 507-625-4BBQ.
