("Plastipak") announced today the full redemption of its $250 million outstanding 8 ½% Senior Notes due 2015, on January 21, 2013, the redemption date. The redemption price is 101.417% of the unpaid principal amount of the notes, together with accrued and unpaid interest up to, but excluding, January 21, 2013.
