Mr. Wysocki is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and is licensed to practice law in New Mexico as well as Texas. He has been honored twice on the Texas Rising Stars list of the state's top young lawyers. The Rising Stars list is limited to the top 2.5 percent of eligible Texas attorneys. Ms. Phelps represents clients in a wide range of Family Law matters, including cases involving domestic violence, substance abuse, and mental illness. She also has expertise in Collaborative Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. A New Orleans native, Ms. Phelps earned her undergraduate and law degrees at Tulane University. As a student, she worked in the West Wing of the White House and with the Cannes Film Festival. She also is a former executive recruiter who led search committees to recruit provosts, presidents and deans for universities and colleges nationwide.

Ms. Eckert represents clients in mediations and traditional divorce proceedings.
