(PINK: UGNE), a leader in the design, delivery, manufacture and development of peptide-based therapeutics, today announced that it has fully addressed a previously disclosed error related to the Company's accounting for a non-cash embedded derivative liability and has completed the re-filing of its Form 10-K for the year ended December, 31, 2011 as well as the quarterly reports on Form 10-Q for each of the quarterly periods ended June 30, 2012 and March 31, 2012. In addition, Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended September 30, 2012 has now been filed.
