MarketBridge's RevenueEngines' Solution Wins 2013 Gold Stevie Award For Sales & Customer Service(SM)

LAS VEGAS, March 5, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ --MarketBridge was presented on Monday night with a second consecutive Gold Stevie® Award in the Sales Training or Coaching Program of the Year category at the seventh annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are presented to the world's top sales, contact center, and customer service teams.

MarketBridge, in partnership with Saks Fifth Avenue and MasterCard Worldwide, won this award based on the continued growth of its RevenueEngines' sales enablement solution, a multifaceted and interactive training program for Saks Fifth Avenue Stores. This training focused on SAKSFIRST, Saks Fifth Avenue's exclusive loyalty program, and the Saks Fifth Avenue World Elite MasterCard® card, a premier co-branded credit card offering tied in with Saks Fifth Avenue's loyalty program.

This training program was delivered to all Saks Fifth Avenue stores through a variety of coverage approaches including, in-store classroom trainings, on the job simulations and long distance support. This flexible training and coaching model allowed for modified versions of the program to fit the unique needs of individual stores, departments, and store associates.

Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word for "crowned," the trophies were presented to the honorees during a gala banquet on Monday, February 25th at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. More than 350 nominated customer service and sales executives from the United States and around the world were in attendance. The presentations were broadcast live by the Business TalkRadio Network.
