The CST designation is among the highest professional designations available to Agile and Scrum practitioners. The certification processrequires candidates to submit a peer-reviewed application that includes trainee feedback, curriculum materials, and endorsements from at least five other Certified Trainers. The CST candidate must pass an in-person interview and training simulation. Excella's clients interested in implementing Agile or participating in Agile and Scrum training will benefit from a more customized approach to training provided by Cheng.

"The CST designation is a formal, industry-recognized endorsement of Richard's expertise and Excella's Agile capabilities," said Jeff Gallimore, one of Excella's founding partners. "We can now tailor certified Scrum training to meet the unique needs of our clients so the course material and format is more relevant, useful and impactful."
