MERRILLVILLE, Ind., March 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --White Lodging is pleased to announce it has officially taken over the management contract for the Marriott Fairfax at Fair Oaks. This is the company's 2nd management contract in Virginia.

The hotel will be brought into the White Lodging portfolio under the leadership of its new General Manager Scott Paradine, who previously was the director of sales and marketing at the Marriott Richmond.

The Marriott Fairfax in Fair Oaks is just 19 miles from Washington, DC and is adjacent to the Fair Oaks Mall at the intersection of Rt. 50 and I-66. It is also 20 minutes from Washington Dulles International Airport and 30 minutes from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.
