SAO PAULO, March 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Attitude-Digital, the Attitude Group's digital arm, has completed its initial structuring with the integration of the companies Pixit, Tino Comunicacao and Media Interactive. The agency is now accelerating its non-organic growth through attracting digital agencies based in RS, PR, SC, MG, GO and BA.
Attitude-Digital, which closed its first year of operations with net revenue of R$11 million, will give priority to attracting fast-growing agencies (mobility, social networks, gamification and e-commerce.

According to the Brazilian Association of Digital Agencies (ABRADi), Brazil's 3,094 digital agencies recorded revenue of R$2.2 billion in 2012 (excluding media purchases). Most of these agencies operate outside Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro and some are already negotiating with a view to joining Attitude-Digital.
