Paying to Drive in Express Lanes: What Do Motorists Think? With Traditional Funding for Highways in Decline, "Priced Managed Lanes" Are Scaling Up

Now "priced managed lanes" - more commonly known as express lanes - are on the rise, with motorists paying tolls for a faster, more predictable, congestion-free trip. How do motorists feel about paying more to use public highways? America THINKS surveyed 1,000 of them - and the results of that survey will be made public at a National Press Club Newsmakers news conference on Monday, April 22.
