Aditro: Aditro entrusted with handling the payroll of 6,000 Swedish employees of one of the country's most respected companies in the steel industry

SSAB has chosen Aditro as its long-term partner for handling payroll administration.  The agreement is for seven (7) years and is for handling the payroll of 6,000 persons in Sweden.

The partnership between SSAB and Aditro has been preceded by extensive analysis work and is based on a long-term, clear and simple approach for the purpose of constantly improving both processes and communication in HR and payroll, so as to achieve flexibility and greater cost-effectiveness.

- At Aditro, we have the range of knowledge and experience needed to ensure that our customers feel confidence in the safe and secure delivery of payroll management and HR services, says Johan Berg, CEO of Aditro. Aditro can bring modernity and stability and we are continuously improving our processes in the field of HR and payroll, so as to make our customers' lives easier, continues Johan Berg.

More and more companies are realising the commercial benefits of outsourcing HR and payroll services, the benefit of changing from fixed to more flexible variable costs, leading to increased efficiency and flexibility. By choosing outsourcing of HR and payroll services, companies and organisations can focus more on their own core activities.

- We are both pleased and proud that SSAB has chosen Aditro as provider of its payroll services. We are convinced that our long experience of providing flexibility and local HR competence in our core processes such as payroll will create added value for SSAB in both the short and medium term, says Marie-Louise Forsberg, Director Sales, Aditro Sweden.
