The Company is focusing on the accounting valuation used for the music assets acquired on May 31, 2011.
The company has engaged Certified Public Accountants and legal professionals that specialize in music rights to assist the Company. The Company is currently preparing proper financial reports in order to amend and/or restate previously filed financial reports. Management does not expect any impact on the operations of the Company or on any of the initiatives reported in the recent May 9, 2013 Shareholder Update.
