Aruba is a leading provider of next-generation network access solutions for the mobile networks enterprise. The company's Mobile Virtual Enterprise (MOVE) architecture unifies wired and wireless network infrastructures into one seamless access solution for corporate headquarters, mobile business professionals, remote workers and guests.

The complaint alleges that Defendants concealed Aruba's true financial condition in its public statements to investors. Specifically, the Complaint alleges that contrary to its public statements,: (1) the Company did not hold a competitive advantage over Cisco Systems, Inc. ("Cisco"); (2) the Company was aware of the weaknesses in Aruba Networks' marketing abilities given the "bundling" advantages that Cisco held over Aruba Networks; (3) Cisco's bundling practices would significantly undermine the Company's market share; and (4) as a result of the above, the Company's financial statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times.

If you are a member of the class, you may, no later than July 22, 2013, request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff of the class. A lead plaintiff is a representative party that acts on behalf of other class members in directing the litigation. In order to be appointed lead plaintiff, the Court must determine that the class member's claim is typical of the claims of other class members, and that the class member will adequately represent the class. Under certain circumstances, one or more class members may together serve as "lead plaintiff." Your ability to share in any recovery is not, however, affected by the decision whether or not to serve as a lead plaintiff. You may retain Ryan & Maniskas, LLP or other counsel of your choice, to serve as your counsel in this action.
