SPF (FGH), announced today that it has acquired Babcock Borsig Softech Private Limited (BBSPL), headquartered in Chennai, India. BBSPL is a multidisciplinary design and detailed engineering consultancy company, serving Oil & Gas, Process & Power sectors, Offsites and Utilities, Civil & Structural Infrastructure, Manufacturing & Automotive based projects.

BBSPL was founded in 2000 as a 100% Export Oriented Unit and currently employs over 100 engineers. The company is located in Chennai, the strategic business hub of Southern India.
