New Great Barrier Eats menu items include:
- Great Barrier Trio appetizer: sashimi-style Ahi Tuna with a drizzle of soy dressing, crispy coconut shrimp and a mini version of the tasty Crab & Avocado Stack.
- Pacific Rim Salmon and Shrimp entree: honey balsamic glazed salmon and shrimp cooked on the wood-fire grill and finished with ginger-soy citrus butter.
- Seafood Mixed Grill entree: half portion of wood-fire grilled Mahi (about 4 oz.) with golden-seared shrimp and scallops.
