(NYSE: LYB) today announced that LYB International Finance B.V., its wholly-owned subsidiary, priced its public offering of $750 millionaggregate principal amount of 4% Guaranteed Notes due 2023 and $750 million aggregate principal amount of 5.25% Guaranteed Notes due 2043 (collectively, the "Notes"). The Notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by LyondellBasell Industries. The offering is expected to close on July 16, 2013, subject to customary closing conditions. The proceeds of the offering are expected to be used for general corporate purposes, including repurchases of LyondellBasell Industries' ordinary shares.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are the joint book-runners for this offering.
