GAINESVILLE, Fla., July 31, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Bosshardt Property Management, a division of Bosshardt Realty Services, announces the promotion of Garry Griffin to President. Griffin is acknowledged for his work in the real estate profession, for his loyalty and commitment to Bosshardt core values and for the tremendous level of growth he has brought about as the director of Community Association Services.

He has been a part of the Bosshardt team for 23 years, specializing in residential real estate and investment. Griffin is a Licensed Broker, Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM), a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).He is currently pursuing both his Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM) designations, which are the highest designations an association manager and property manager can earn.

"Garry has done a tremendous job growing our association management division. In the three years he's served as director, he has almost doubled the size of the division. Perhaps even more impressive in that span of time has been his success at assembling, coaching and leading the team of Community Association Managers to handle the rapid growth. I'm confident he has the ability to bring that type of excellence to the entire organization as its next president," says Aaron Bosshardt, exiting President of Bosshardt Property Management.
