ABSOLUT Collaborates with Emerging Artists to Transform the Streets of San Francisco into an Interactive Outdoor Art Exhibition

More than 15 Emerging Artists are Turning the Ordinary features of Divisadero Streetinto an Extraordinary "Open Canvas" Aesthetic Experience

What:	The Open Canvas initiative is a free outdoor interactive art exhibition, empowering celebrated artists and the public to transform entire street blocks. This initiative first kicked off in Brooklyn, NY earlier this summer --click here to see how ABSOLUT Open Canvas came to life in New York.
	Building on their rich art heritage to inspire today's creative class, ABSOLUT is joining forces with more than 15 emerging and local artists in San Francisco-- empowering them to transform Divisadero Street in San Francisco on Saturday, August 24th. On Saturday, Artists will be working outside to showcase their pieces, while visitors interact and experience the creative process in motion.

Additional Information:	Starting on August 12, Divisadero Street was painted a stark white. Beginning Saturday, August 24, more than 15 featured artists are turning the ordinary mundane features of the street-- from building facades to flower pots and fences-- into an extraordinary aesthetic experience. By Sunday evening-- August 25-- the transformation will be near complete and on display to the public for an entire week through September 1.
	Open Canvas is ABSOLUT's first iteration of the brand's new global TRANSFORM TODAY campaign. TRANSFORM TODAY will feature a collection of experiences, stories and products, designed to catalyze ABSOLUT's fans to embrace creative risk taking in their lives.
