The Budd Group, a leading Southeastern facilities services company, is executing this sale as a strategic decision which will allow the management team to focus its resources and attention on the core business lines of janitorial, maintenance and landscaping services. By doing so, The Budd Group can enhance services in these areas and expand its market penetration, geographic reach and breadth of service offerings.
Universal Protection Service will assume management of all security services on August 31, 2013. In order to ensure a smooth transition for clients, the security employees of The Budd Group will retain their responsibilities and positions-- and will continue to deliver the same personalized services to current clients. These employees will also have the opportunity to grow their skill sets due to the broader training and innovation for which Universal Protection Service is known in the industry.
